About Us
Cape Atlantic I.N.K. (Integrated Network for Kids) is a non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) that facilitates and coordinates care for children with the most complex emotional and behavioral needs. We coordinate care for over 1,000 youth and their families in in Atlantic and Cape May, New Jersey counties. Cape Atlantic I.N.K. is part of the NJ Children’s System of Care, helping youth up to the age of 21 with mental health, substance misuse and developmental disabilities achieve their vision and goals. The organization uses the Wraparound Model, a strength-based approach to working with children and youth in need. Our two office locations are in Cape May Court House and Mays Landing, NJ.

Seeking dedicated Care Managers!
The full-time position of Care Manager at Cape Atlantic I.N.K. is community-based fieldwork that provides advocacy and care coordination needed to ensure that youth remain at home, in school, and in the community. This position engages with children/youth serving agencies through collaboration and linkage to produce successful outcomes for the children/youth we serve. Care Managers collaborate with the youth and families to create strength based individualized service plans and crisis plans designed to support the needs of the youth; facilitate child family team meetings utilizing the Wraparound Model, review the service plan and monitor the efficacy of the plan over time; remain in telephonic contact with each child family team member and accurately document interactions per contact in the electronic record.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, human services, mental health or related human service field
- A minimum of one year of experience working with youth with mental health, substance use or developmental challenges is required.
- Excellent organization and time management skills are needed
- Technology skills and ability to type is necessary. MS Teams knowledge helpful
- Being bilingual is an asset
- Flexibility and the adaptability to work within an ever-changing environment
- Passion for working with youth and families is a must!
- A driver’s license in good standing is required.
- Driving; Timely and accurate data entry are essential duties of this role

- Salary range to start is $43,000 to $50,000 dependent on degree and years of relevant experience working with youth and bilingual skills
- We offer a hybrid model of working on site and working remotely after completion of training
- We recognize 10 paid holidays
- Generous paid leave ( up to 12 Vacation days, 5 personal days, and 10 Paid Sick days in the first year)
- Agency vehicles available for in-person youth and family meetings. Mileage reimbursement available for visits completed in own vehicle.
- Work cell phone and laptops provided to complete the duties of the job.
