Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
¼ cup peanut or almond butter
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Recipe
Mash up bananas in large mixing bowl. Stir in the rolled oats, peanut/almond butter, honey, and miniature chocolate chips. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into a 1-inch ball.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, allowing for the oats to soften.
